Track Installer
The LiftWise Track Installer can pick, lift, and transport rubber tracks for installation onto tracked equipment. The added folding feature allows long tracks to be folded up so the track installer can move through aisles as narrow as 6 feet during transport to the assembly area.
Specifications and information
- Degrees of Freedom: Hydraulic cylinder with holding valve, travel approx. 15”
- Tilt for and aft: Approx. 3 degrees total tilt angle that is achieved by raising or lowering the pallet truck
- Forward/Reverse: Uses pallet truck controls
- Extension Action: Hydraulic cylinder(s) with holding valve to engage and sgtretch the rubber track
- Fold/Unfold: Hydraulic cylinder(s) with holding valve to fold the track for narrower transportation and installation envelope.
- Side Shift: Hydraulic cylinder with holding valve to side shift track once deployed and in installation position
- Tilt side/side: Hydraulic cylinder with holding valve to tilt track once deployed and in installation position
