Transporter-30

The Transporter 30  was developed for subassembling larger wheel loader axles and then transporting them to final assembly.  The axle is secured to the transporter with 2 chains and ratchet boomers that are tightened with air ratchets.  The ergonomic frame is designed to allow the operator to stand next to the axle without reaching or climbing on the frame.  The heavy duty kingpin casters use 18″ x 9″ polyurethane tires rolling on tapered roller bearings.  Linked 4-wheel steering provides easy maneuverability in tight areas.   It has a hinged tongue for towing with a tugger. The tongue can be retracted to eliminate it as a trip hazard.  These units are built to last, having been in service continuously for the past 15 years.
