Firefly Breakover Fixture
The LiftWise Firefly Breakover Tool accepts the Payload Segment for Fireflly’s Alpha Launch Vehicle in a vertical position and safely tilts it to a horizontal position. It has a capacity of 2,000 kg. It allows for precise alignment and rotation about the longitudinal axis as the Payload Base Assembly is integrated with the Fairings and then transferred to a cart that takes the Payload Segment to the Launch Vehicle. The Tool is designed for cleanroom use and Class 1 Division 2 hazardous environments with explosion-proof hydraulic and electrical systems.
