Axle Installer
The Axle Installer is a mobile, self-powered device that installs rear axles on 40 ton to 70 ton mining trucks. Includes 5 degrees of freedom for aligning the axle with the chassis and connecting the dogbone and strut.

- Tilt, side to side: +/- 5 degree
- Side-shift: +/- 4 inches
- Travel: +/- 2 inches
Additional information
- Axle installer is mobile, using the familiar controls and maneuvering abilities of a pallet truck
- Independent lift cylinders (fitted with counterbalance valves for safety) raise the axle
- The area behind the axle is open with walk grates for ease of access to the struts
