Rims only lift
The Rims only Lift is a lifting mechanism for trailer loading. The machines will be raised using two separate lifting ramps operating in unison and constant communication to maintain their heights in relation to one another.
operation
The machine is driven onto the ramps and located in a position by a profile that cradles and stope the rear wheel. The front wheel rests in a profile of the same depth as the rear wheel that provides clearance for machines of different wheel bases. This design eliminates the need for any type of length adjustment when loading machines of diferent length wheel bases. For pockets are used to adjust the ramps in accomodating the different machine widths.
The four synchronized hydraulic cylinders on the rims only lift provide the ramps with the ability to remain at a constant state of level regardless of the load being lifted. With the load and the trailer in position, the ramps are able to be moved out of the way leaving the trailer clearance to leave.
