Blade Carts

The Blade Cart System is a 2 piece (root cart and tip cart) specialty equipment system that work in sync to rotate wind turbine blades in production.

Wind turbine blades are considered to be the most critical piece of a wind turbine. The blades are subject to enormous stresses and are manufactured to tight tolerances. The handling and transporting of the blades during production is critical to the performance and longevity of each blade.

The blades must be balanced and held to tight tolerances in order to minimize any amount of vibration that would otherwise destroy the wind turbine. Their unique design ensures the force that drives the rotor of the wind turbine to successfully harness wind energy.
